TAXI

Local taxis are readily available and will know where the theatre is located, and are roughly priced at €6 from Magaluf, €8 from Palma Nova, €14 from Santa Ponca one way. BUS

Resorts closer to the theatre (Santa Ponca, Palma Nova and surrounding areas) are easily accessible by local public transport, with a bus stop immediately outside that serves the bus routes 123 (Santa Ponça - Cas Català) and 104 (Magaluf - Palma)

CAR

If you are driving to the theatre, there is free and ample parking outside, the venue is accessible via the Ma-1 motorway, taking exit. 14 (Magaluf / El Toro) then over the roundabout onto Carretera Cala Figuera, continuing to the third roundabout marked with an 8. Take the second exit down Cami Porrasa on to the roundabout opposite Pirates Theatre.

A visual experience like no other, with live DJ´s, festival vibes and incredible dancers and acrobatics.

What’s the running time of the show?

Reloaded show will start around 11pm and finish around 1:30pm.

What is the schedule?

Doors will open around 22:00, the show will begin at around 23:00, and resident DJ´s will play until ..

Is there a specific dress code?

Whilst there is not an enforced dress code, no swimwear is allowed and Tshirts must be worn on the premises at all times. Fancy dress is allowed and encouraged.

What language is spoken in the show?

Reloaded is a visual show with music, dancing, acrobatics and an experience that can be enjoyed in all languages. There is limited talking, but it is primarily in English.

Which seating plan has the best visibility?

VVIP and VIP have the best visibility, however the show is immersive and take place all around the theatre allowing the audience to feel involved in the show.

How long before the start of the show should I arrive at the venue? Is there a time limit to access after the start of the shows?

We ask guests to arrive at 8:30pm, and the box office to exchange tickets for wristbands will close at 10:30pm.

What happens if i lose something at the venue?

It’s best to report any lost property to a member of staff whilst still at the venue, if not please contact customerservices@globobalear.com

What are the main differences between Pirates Adventure, Pirates Reloaded and Gringos?

Pirates Adventure is the original family dinner show entertaining millions of visitors for 40 years. Taking the audience on a magical journey through a time when pirates ruled the seven seas. An action packed storyline geared to entertain all ages filled with breath-taking acrobatic performances. Pirates Reloaded is an adults only, Club Show Experience with live DJ sets, a high energy party atmosphere and an insane acrobatic show combined with the latest sound and light technology. Gringos is a unique bingo rave event, bringing together big prizes, stand-on-your-seat anthems and a party atmosphere unmatched by any other night on the island. Expect chaos, dance offs, lip sync battles and rave intervals for a truly unforgettable night out for over 18s.

Can i select a specific seat or table?

We offer the option for you to choose your seat as an extra during the booking process. You can select from the seating plan the table you wish to guarantee that you’ll be sat at. Please note: if you are less than 8 people, there is a possibility you will share a table with other guests.

Is taking pictures and recording allowed during the show?

Video footage and photos taken on mobile phones are permitted, and we encourage this content to be uploaded on guest’s social media accounts on the night, however the use of Flash Photography is forbidden due to performers safety.

Is there a cloakroom at the venue?

There is no cloakroom at the venue, we have space to store pushchairs at the entrance, inside of the theatre.

Is there a specific dress code?

There is not a strict dress code, most guests wear smart / casual attire.

What language is spoken in the show?

The show is conducted in English language, but is suitable for an international audience as it is easy to follow and understand being a very visual production.

HOW TO ARRIVE

Where is the Globo Balear Theatre located?

Our street address is 12, Cami Sa Porassa, Calvia, 07181. This venue is on the outskirts of Magaluf, very near Western Water Park. For directions, click here

Is there parking available at the venue or the surroundings?

Should you be making your own way to the theatre by car, there is ample free parking around the theatre and in the free public car park immediately opposite the theatre.

How much is a transport ticket?

Transport is not available for Reloaded, however there are plenty of public transport options.

How do I arrive?

The theatre is accessible by foot for people staying nearby. There are various bus routes and local taxi services available.

Resorts closer to the theatre (Santa Ponca, Magaluf, Palma Nova and surrounding areas) are easily accessible by local public transport, with a bus stop immediately outside that serves the bus routes 104, 105, 106 and 107. Local taxis are readily available and know the theatre, and are roughly priced at €5 from Magaluf, €6-7 from Palma Nova, €10-15 from Santa Ponca one way.

After the show has finished, there is a taxi-rank outside served by taxis and are fairly regular, so usually quick to pick you up. Public transport can be less frequent as a result of the time the show finishes.

Is transport provided to get to the venue?

Transport is only provided for our Pirates Adventure family show.

I have reserved a transport ticket. When will I know location and time of pick up?

You will be contacted by a member of our team with details of pick up location and time on the day of the show.

ACCESSIBILITY

Is the theatre accesible for disabled people?

Yes. The majority of the theatre has step-free access throughout. We have 2 balconies which require a walk upstairs, however if you have any accessibility issues we will make sure that you aren’t sat on the balconies. Throughout the booking process you have a comments box to add in any additional needs for the night.

We have a disabled entrance beside our box office for any wheelchairs of customers in need of an easily accessible entrance.

We also have a number of tables in the theatre with removable chairs to allow wheelchairs to be pushed right up to the table.

If I’m disabled, do I need to inform the organization of this in advance?

Please ensure that you select that you will require a wheelchair space on the booking if you need to remain in the chair throughout the show.

How much are the tickets?

Prices for Gringos are available in 4 different categories; Standard, Premium, VIP and VVIP. Prices vary depending on time of the season and are as follows for March, April, May to June 16th, then September 17th to October

VIP: €64.99

VVIP: €100

From June 17th to September 16th the prices are as follows:

Is it necessary to print the tickets?

You can bring your confirmation email either printed out, or on a mobile device.

Can I reprint the tickets if I have lost them?

Yes, as the booking reference and details are unique to you.

Can I change the date of my tickets?

If you purchase the Booking Protection option we can change your booking dates free of charge, however you may be subject to any price difference if the date you wish to move to is more than the date you chose originally.

If I have already acquired my tickets, where can I get my entrance tickets?

Once you have booked, you will receive a confirmation email immediately to the email address used in the booking. Simply bring this with you on the night and show it to our box office staff for your entrance tickets and wristbands.

Can I upgrade my tickets before the show?

If we have availability you can upgrade your tickets before the show or on the evening.

Can I add food or drinks once I’ve already acquired my tickets?

Yes, you can add extras such as drinks or snacks by clicking the “manage my booking” link in the confirmation email.

WHAT ARE THE DIFFERENT CATEGORIES?

All tickets to Gringos include your entrance, bingo booklets and pens. Standard Tickets include standard entrance and seating no more than 15 from the stage. Premium Tickets include Fast-Tracked entrance, plus more preferential seating within the venue VIP include immediate entrance into our VIP area and the best seats in the house. How can I get my entrance tickets?

You will need to present your booking confirmation email at the box office in Exchange for your tickets and wristbands.

Can I add more tickets to my reservation?

Yes you can add more tickets by clicking the “manage my booking” link at the foot of the confirmation email or contact us by email: customerservices@globobalear.com

Are there any discounts for groups, residents or early buyers?

We warmly welcome groups to our shows; however, please note that there are no discounts available for group bookings on tickets.

Halloween shows or special events are exempt from all promotional codes.

What payment methods are accepted when acquiring a ticket?

We accept: Visa/Mastercard, PayPal, ApplePay and GooglePay.

Can I show my digital ticket on my phone to access the show?

Yes.

If I’m not able to attend, are tickets refundable?

Tickets are non-refundable at the time of purchase, however we can change the date of your booking.

EVENTS AND GROUPS

Which is the mínimum number of people in a reservation to be considered a group?

We advise groups of 8 or more to choose your seats (fee per person applies) otherwise we cannot guarantee you will be seated together.

How can I proceed if I have to reduce the number of tickets of my group booking?

What kind of birthday packages are available? How can I book them?

Birthday packages can be booked at step 3 of the booking journey. There are bronze, silver and gold options for children and adults.

FOOD AND BEVERAGES

Can I buy food and beverages during a show?

There are fully licensed bars inside the theatre selling alcoholic drinks; including a wide range of cocktails, spirits, ciders and premium beers, bottles of wine and champagne, as well as a dedicated bottle service for premium spirits, with a price list and menu on every table. There are snacks available to purchase before and during the show.

What are the gastronomic options included in the ticket price?

There are no food or drinks included in Reloaded ticket prices, however they can be purchased both inside and outside of the venue.

Can I take my own food and/or drinks?

It is forbidden to bring food and drinks from outside, unless for a special dietary requirement which has been agreed with reservations department prior to attending.

Can I buy food and beverages if I have already got my ticket?

You can add drinks to your booking using the “Manage My Booking” link in the confirmation email.

Which seating plans include table services?

All tickets include table service or if preferred bars are open to order from.
